Deposition of multi-layer graphene (MLG) film on glass slide by flame synthesis technique

In this work, high quality graphene film was deposited on glass slide by exfoliation of graphite tape via propane flame at 400 degrees C in open environment. Optical properties were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy showed that the graphene film has high transmittance corresponding to similar to 10 layers. X-ray diffraction showed that the structure of graphene film is crystalline with preferential orientation in the (002) plane. Surface analysis by atomic force microscopy (AFM) showed that the morphology of the deposited film has nano average particles size and SEM image was showed that the flat graphene film with few amorphous carbons.
