Numerous chaotic systems have been studied in order to understand the phenomena of chaos. This paper introduces a novel three-dimensional chaotic system with the presence of infinite equilibria, that located on a piecewise linear curve. From a computational point of view, such system belongs to a class of nonlinear system with hidden attractor. Dynamics properties of this system are studied by means of phase portraits, bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponents and Kaplan-Yorke fractional dimension. Furthermore, experimental results show the feasibility of the theoretical system. (C) 2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
