After restoring their genetic identities, most individuals experienced relief and some became socially and politically active in progressive causes, expressing pride in their disappeared parents' activism. The role of genetics in supporting the right to identity in Argentina has been a powerful example of science's social responsibility in defending human rights.

Platelets amplify endotheliopathy in COVID-19
