Retest Reliability of Situational Judgment Tests A Meta-Analysis

Summary: A SJT is a psychological instrument used to evaluate the suitability of applicants in personnel selection or development. This study is the first meta-analysis investigating the retest reliability of SJTs and finds a pooled retest reliability estimate of r = .698 based on 37 coefficients. The study also explores potential moderators, including variables related to test characteristics and information about the study and participants.
