Hospital-based preventative interventions for people experiencing homelessness in high-income countries: A systematic review

Serena A. Luchenski et al.

Summary: This study aims to describe preventative interventions for people experiencing homelessness in a hospital context and assess the effectiveness of these interventions. The study found that multicomponent interventions showed potential benefits for psychosocial outcomes, but lower benefits for health outcomes and feasibility/acceptability. This suggests that implementing multi-component preventative interventions may be beneficial for people experiencing homelessness, but further research is needed.
