Nurses' Self-Efficacy, Confidence and Interaction With Patients With COVID-19: A Cross-Sectional Study

Summary: The study aimed to evaluate nurses' self-efficacy, confidence, and nurse-patient interaction when caring for COVID-19 patients. Results showed a positive relationship between nurses' self-efficacy, confidence, and interaction. Significant differences were found in self-efficacy based on years of experience, academic qualifications, and position. Recommendations include developing strategies to enhance nurses' self-efficacy, confidence, and interaction with COVID-19 patients.

Translation, Adaptation, and Validation of the Self-Efficacy Scale for Clinical Nurse Leaders for the Portuguese Culture

Summary: This study aimed to translate, adapt, and validate the Clinical Nurse Leader Self-Efficacy Scale for the Portuguese cultural context, and confirmed that the scale has a suitable adjustment in the Portuguese care environment. The scale is considered a valid and reliable instrument for assessing the clinical nurse leader's ability to intervene effectively in their care team.
