Bowel preparation efficacy and safety of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with linaclotide for colonoscopy: A randomized controlled trial

Summary: This study aimed to explore the quality of bowel preparation by low-volume compound polyethylene glycol (PEG) combined with linaclotide. The results demonstrated that the bowel preparation quality of PEG combined with linaclotide was similar to that of 4LPEG, and it could reduce adverse reactions during the bowel preparation process and have better intestinal cleansing effect than 2LPEG.
