This case discusses the complex neuropsychiatric manifestations, including complex visual hallucinations and visual impairment, in geriatrics due to recurrent pituitary macroadenoma. Remission of hallucination occurred within 2 weeks of oral administration of 1.5 mg of haloperidol once daily; this is a rare case of Charles Bonnet syndrome after recurrent pituitary macroadenoma.
