Woody vegetation in rural landscapes plays a crucial role in buffering soil moisture and temperature variation. The activity-density of natural enemies and pollinators is influenced by agricultural land use and urban green. Different crops respond differently to higher temperature ranges. Overall, landscape composition does not have a direct relationship with crop yield.
