Impact of Service Quality of Low-Cost Carriers on Airline Image and Consumers' Satisfaction and Loyalty during the COVID-19 Outbreak

Summary: This study investigated the impact of service quality of low-cost carriers (LCCs) in Saudi Arabia on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the perceived airline image. The results showed that service quality was a significant predictor, particularly in the responsiveness dimension. Tangibles and reliability were associated with the airline image and loyalty, respectively. LCCs should focus on improving service quality, especially in terms of responsiveness.
