Newly-graduated nurses' work-integrated learning: A qualitative study from an educational and occupational perspective

Through semi-structured interviews and data analysis, it was found that nurse educators play an important role in supporting students by sharing personal experiences, developing trustworthy relationships, and creating a stress-sharing culture.
