Among 390 patients undergoing anterior-posterior surgery, 237 underwent SPLS and 153 were in the Flip group. SPLS significantly reduced operative time, blood loss, length of stay, and fluoroscopy radiation dosage compared to traditional repositioned Flip surgery, with similar perioperative complications.
