Birhodanines exhibit n-channel transistor properties, but their properties change significantly in air, unlike the tetrathione analogues. In this study, the fluoroalkyl and trithione analogues were investigated, and it was found that these materials have different crystal structures from the parent materials. The ambient stability of the transistors increases depending on the reduction potentials.
