Clinical-chatbot AHP evaluation based on quality in use of ISO/IEC 25010

Summary: This study proposes a clinical chatbot comparison method based on quality, using ISO/IEC 25010 standard as a basis. The proposed approach utilizes Analytic Hierarchy Process methodology to measure each characteristic and provides a quantitative method for comparing quality. Results from comparing two versions of a chatbot show that the proposed approach offers an effective reference base for quality comparisons of medical chatbots compliant with ISO/IEC 25010 standard.
