Biosafety evaluation and detection of shrimp viruses on field samples using dual priming oligonucleotide (DPO) system based multiplex PCR assay

SiouNing Aileen See et al.

Summary: Disease outbreak is a major challenge in shrimp aquaculture industry. This study developed a DPO-based multiplex PCR system for simultaneous detection of shrimp viruses. The system showed potential for rapid and effective screening of shrimp viruses in laboratory settings.
