Nucleation and growth dynamics of graphene grown by radio frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition

Na Li et al.

Summary: In this study, the nucleation and grain growth of graphene on copper substrate through RF-PECVD at different temperatures were investigated. Results showed that higher temperature facilitated the growth of polycrystalline graphene grains, while lower temperature induced the formation of nanocrystalline grains.
