High mortality rates were mainly caused by sepsis. In the AYA group, the Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster (BFM) protocol showed better overall survival results.

The results showed that MRD was successfully assessed using FCM, and a dose of 2g/m2 MTX was effective in preventing relapse in non-HR pcB-ALL. Augmented IB showed no advantages over the standard IB.
