Thickness-dependent resistive switching memory characteristics of NiO nanodisks fabricated by AAO nanotemplate

Yoonho Ahn et al.

Summary: This study investigated the thickness-dependent resistive switching properties of NiO nanodisks and found that the forming voltage and set/reset operating voltage of the nanodisks decreased with a decrease in thickness.
