Acoustic Metamaterials for Noise Reduction: A Review

Summary: Noise pollution is a significant global problem, and conventional acoustic materials are ineffective in reducing noise. However, acoustic metamaterials offer new solutions for controlling sound waves and have great potential in mitigating noise propagation.
