Susceptibility of nursery teachers to measles, rubella, varicella and mumps in Japan

Summary: This study compared the attenuation speed of antibody titer for measles and rubella. Results showed that measles antibody decreased monotonically, while rubella antibody could be maintained at a high level for a long time. Additional vaccinations may be necessary to maintain protection levels if a disease is almost eliminated.
