Structural and electrical properties of (LiCe) co-doped (NaBO0.5-x(LiCe)xBi2Nb1.99(Co1/3W2/3)0.01O9 piezoelectric ceramics

Summary: In this study, NBNCW-xLC ceramics were prepared by co-doping LiCe into Na0.5Bi2.5Nb1.99(Co(1/3)W(2/3))0.01O(9), and the effect of LiCe doping on the crystal structure, microscopic morphology, and dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics was systematically investigated. The results showed that LiCe doping can modulate the crystal structure, microscopic morphology, and electrical properties of the ceramics, achieving higher piezoelectric constant and remanent polarization.

The results indicated that the calcining temperature influenced the phase structure and piezoelectric/ferroelectric properties of the BBT ceramics.
