Se nanoparticles-loaded and Mo-doped FePc nanorods (Se-Mo-FePc NRs) were successfully constructed. They can efficiently catalyze the generation of ·OH from endogenous H2O2 and show photodynamic performance under laser irradiation. Additionally, they possess good NIR photothermal conversion efficiency and exhibit excellent antibacterial efficiency with low hemolysis and cytotoxicity.
Se nanoparticles-loaded and Mo-doped FePc nanorods (Se-Mo-FePc NRs) were successfully constructed. It can efficiently catalyze endogenous H2O2 to generate amount of center dot OH, and exhibit photodynamic performance with 1O2 and more center dot OH production under an 808 nm laser irradiation. It also possesses good NIR photothermal conversion efficiency, the induced hyperthermia can promote the peroxidase-like activity. The antibacterial results indicate that Se-Mo-FePc NRs exhibit excellent anti -E. coli and anti -S. aureus efficiency through damaging cell membrane and inhibiting biofilm formation with low hemolysis and cytotoxicity. Finally, Se-Mo-FePc NRs can effectively treat S. aureus infected wound in the presence of H2O2 and NIR irradiation.
