Adaptive Event-Triggered Space-Time Sampled-Data Synchronization for Fuzzy Coupled RDNNs Under Hybrid Random Cyberattacks

Tao Wu et al.

Summary: This article investigates the exponential synchronization of fuzzy coupled reaction-diffusion neural networks under hybrid random cyberattacks. An adaptive spatiotemporal security sampled-data-based event-triggered control scheme is introduced to tolerate the cyberattacks and guarantee expected performance. A new exponential synchronization criterion is provided using a discontinuous Lyapunov functional, and a more general fuzzy adaptive spatiotemporal SDBETCS is presented to compare with the traditional fuzzy SDBETCS.

Adaptive Event-Triggered Mechanism to Synchronization of Reaction-Diffusion CVNNs and Its Application in Image Secure Communication

Tao Wu et al.

Summary: This article proposes a refined adaptive sampled-data-based event-triggering control (ASDBETC) scheme for synchronizing reaction-diffusion complex-valued neural networks (RDCVNNs) with probabilistic time-varying delays (TVDs). The refined ASDBETC mechanism adaptively adjusts event-triggered threshold parameters based on the variational tendency of states and Euclidean distance between states. The developed theories provide additional flexibility in achieving a better compromise between communication resources and control performance. Simulation examples verify the advantages and practicality of the refined ASDBETC strategy.

Semi-Markov jump linear systems with bi-boundary sojourn time: Anti-modal-asynchrony control

Jianan Yang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the problem of control synthesis for a class of discrete-time semi-Markov jump linear systems, in which the sojourn time of each mode is bi-boundary. The conditions on the existence of the anticipated stabilizing controllers capable of overcoming the modal asynchrony are derived using the semi-Markov kernel approach. The necessity and validity of the designed anti-modal-asynchrony controllers are demonstrated through illustrative examples.

Fuzzy quantized sampled-data control for extended dissipative analysis of T-S fuzzy system and its application to WPGSs

Xiao Cai et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the extended dissipativity performance and stabilization for T-S fuzzy model based wind power generation systems, introducing stochastic coupled leakage time-varying delays and randomly occurring uncertainty parameters to construct a more general TSFM. New stabilization criteria are established using tighter integral inequalities and reciprocally convex combination technique, and a simulation example is provided to validate the proposed results.

Finite-time stabilization of memristor-based inertial neural networks with time-varying delays combined with interval matrix method

Fei Wei et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the finite-time stability problem of memristor-based inertial neural networks (MINNs) with time-varying delays using the interval matrix approach. The study converts MINNs to systems with uncertain terms and employs dimension reduction to simplify the differential systems. Two types of delayed feedback controllers are designed to achieve finite time stabilization, with the stability criterion deduced by linear matrix inequalities. The theoretical results and proposed method are validated through two examples.

New results on synchronization for second-order fuzzy memristive neural networks with time-varying and infinite distributed delays

Tingting Zhang et al.

Summary: This article studies the global asymptotic synchronization of second-order fuzzy memristive neural networks with infinite distributed and time-varying delays through feedback control and adaptive control schemes. New criteria are directly acquired based on Lyapunov stability theory and Barbalat Lemma to ensure the synchronization. The global asymptotic synchronization is directly analyzed via new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals without reduced-order means, compared to existing methods.

Anti-synchronization of delayed memristive neural networks with leakage term and reaction-diffusion terms

Yanyi Cao et al.

Summary: This paper studies the global exponential anti-synchronization problem for an array of delayed memristive neural networks with leakage term and reaction-diffusion terms. By designing controllers and utilizing Lyapunov functional method and inequality techniques, sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure anti-synchronization. Two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the validity of the derived theoretical results.

Summary: This study focuses on the synchronization problem of spatiotemporal complex dynamical networks with switching topological structure, modeled by a semiMarkov process. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and utilizing the Bessel-Legendre inequality, two less conservative synchronization conditions are established, and a sample-data controller is developed. Three examples are presented to demonstrate the validity and superiority of the developed methods.

Switched Fuzzy Sampled-Data Control of Chaotic Systems With Input Constraints

Yunjun Chen et al.

Summary: This paper designs a sampled-data controller to exponentially stabilize a kind of chaotic systems represented by T-S fuzzy model with nonuniform sampling. By employing switched technology and Lyapunov functional dependent on fuzzy membership-functions, a new control criterion for chaotic systems was established, which leads to less conservatism and a large sampling period compared to existing methods. Consequently, the transmitted information is greatly reduced and the efficiency of bandwidth is much improved. Finally, the proposed T-S fuzzy sampled-data controller is applied to the Lorenz system to prove its effectiveness.
