Prevalence of toothache and associated factors in children and adolescents: a systematic review and meta-analysis

By reviewing case studies and testing the framework using COVID-19 guidelines, the study distinguishes five types of actionable statements. The results suggest that the framework can help guideline developers create actionable statements with clear intent, avoid informal recommendations, and improve understanding and implementation by users.
