This paper is concerned with a chemotaxis system with density-dependent motility and indirect signal absorption. By some basic inequalities, we obtain that the convergence rate of solutions is exponential as time tends to infinity for such kind of models with l < 2, which improves on a recent result in [14], where the convergence rate of solutions is algebraic.
