Crystal structure, chemical bond characteristics, infrared reflection spectrum, and microwave dielectric properties of Nd2(Zr1-xTix)3(MoO4)9 ceramics

Jian Bao et al.

Summary: In this study, microwave dielectric ceramics with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss were prepared and their properties were analyzed. The effects of internal parameters on the ceramics' properties were calculated and analyzed. Theoretical dielectric loss of the ceramics was measured and optimal microwave dielectric properties were obtained for a specific composition and sintering temperature. This study not only obtained MWDCs with excellent properties but also analyzed the effects of Ti4+ on the microwave dielectric properties and chemical bond characteristics.

Summary: This study provides new insights into the formation of nanocrystallites of phase pure BiFeO3 prepared using sol-gel method. The growth steps of BiFeO3 nanocrystals in the sol-gel reaction are elucidated for the first time. The study also reveals a significant magneto-electric coupling effect in BiFeO3 nanoparticles.

Structure characteristics and microwave dielectric properties of Pr2(Zr1-xTix)3(MoO4)9 solid solution ceramic with a stable temperature coefficient

Huanrong Tian et al.

Summary: In this study, Pr-2(Zr1-xTix)(3)(MoO4)(9) ceramics were prepared by a solid-state method, and the influence of crystal structure and bond characteristics on microwave dielectric properties was systematically investigated. The results showed that the increase of Ti4+ content led to a reduction in lattice volume and improved microwave dielectric properties. Therefore, optimizing the Ti4+ content and controlling bond characteristics can enhance the microwave dielectric performance of the ceramics.

The Effect of Bi2O3 and Fe2O3 Impurity Phases in BiFeO3 Perovskite Materials on Some Electrical Properties in the Low-Frequency Field

Cristian Casut et al.

Summary: In this study, pure bismuth ferrite and bismuth ferrite with impurity phases were synthesized and their electrical properties were analyzed. The presence of impurity phases was found to decrease the static conductivity and increase the thermal activation energy of conduction in the samples. By studying the transition in electronic structure at specific temperatures, the conduction mechanisms in these materials were better understood.

Effects of (Mg1/3Sb2/3)4+ substitution on the structure and microwave dielectric properties of Ce2Zr3(MoO4)9 ceramics

Xu Zhou et al.

Summary: Ce-2[Zr1-x(Mg1/3Sb2/3)x](3)(MoO4)(9) ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state method, and a single phase was obtained at sintering temperatures ranging from 700 to 850 degrees C. The crystal structure refinement was investigated using Rietveld refinement method, and the dielectric properties of Ce-2[Zr-0.94(Mg1/3Sb2/3)(0.06)](3)(MoO4)(9) ceramics were found to be excellent. The correlations between chemical bond parameters and microwave dielectric properties were analyzed using P-V-L theory.
