Hall Effect in the Antiferromagnetic State of Ho0.8Lu0.2B12

A. L. Khoroshilov et al.

Summary: Detailed measurements of the Hall effect in the antiferromagnetic compound Ho0.8Lu0.2B12 were performed in magnetic fields up to 80 kOe. The dominant contribution to the Hall resistance, which results in the double inversion of its sign, was found to be the anisotropic positive contribution. Additionally, a sharp decrease in the amplitude of the isotropic negative contribution at the transition to the antiferromagnetic phase was observed. The anomalies detected in this antiferromagnetic metal with dynamic charge stripes and spin-wave component of the magnetic structure are discussed.

Temperature Evolution of Magnetic Resonance Spectra in Metal-Insulator Nanogranular Composites with Paramagnetic Ions in an Insulating Matrix

A. B. Drovosekov et al.

Summary: The magnetic resonance spectra of metal-insulator nanogranular composites were investigated and showed a ferromagnetic resonance peak associated with ferromagnetic granules and an electron paramagnetic resonance peak associated with Fe3+ ions in the insulating matrix. The position and intensity of the peaks depended on the composition and temperature.

Convolutional Neural Network Based on Crossbar Arrays of (Co-Fe-B)x(LiNbO3)100-x Nanocomposite Memristors

Anna N. Matsukatova et al.

Summary: The paper proposes a hybrid CNN, utilizing a hardware fixed pre-trained feature extractor and a trainable software classifier. The hardware part is implemented using passive crossbar arrays of memristors. Experimental results show that the performance of the hybrid CNN is comparable to other memristor-based systems, while requiring significantly fewer trainable parameters. It also exhibits robustness to variations in memristor characteristics.
