Structural and psychological empowerment and organizational commitment among staff nurses in Jordan

Summary: This study examined the relationships between structural empowerment, psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment among Jordanian staff nurses. The results showed that nurses reported moderate levels of both structural and psychological empowerment, and had a high level of organizational commitment. Significant positive relationships were found between structural empowerment, psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment.
