Impact of dysphagia and its severity on long-term survival and swallowing function outcomes in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies other than inclusion body myositis

Summary: This study investigated the impact of dysphagia on long-term survival and swallowing function outcomes in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathy. The results showed that dysphagic patients had shorter survival, but this was largely influenced by age and comorbidities.
