This study presents a rapid PDEV isolation method using hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) on a capillary-channeled polymer (C-CP) fiber spin-down tip. The method allows for efficient and low-cost isolation and concentration of PDEVs, with high purity and integrity for research and applications.

Quantitative Nanomechanical Analysis of Small Extracellular Vesicles for Tumor Malignancy Indication
