Summary: Intelligent manufacturing technology has seen rapid development, with robot welding systems playing a crucial role. Laser profile sensors are commonly used, but they struggle to detect narrow weld joint positions due to the deformation of the laser stripe. This study proposes a wide range of weld joint recognition algorithms based on the laser profile sensor, offering solutions for narrow weld joint identification and improving the robustness of recognizing conventional weld joints.

Summary: In this paper, a single-shot high dynamic range 3D measurement method combining FPP with deep learning is proposed. The method solves the overexposure problem in highly reflective areas by using a self-attention mechanism and improves measurement accuracy by predicting wrapped phase maps and absolute phase maps. Experiments showed that the proposed method accurately predicted the optimal exposure time under single-shot condition.
