A consensual method for multi-criteria group decision-making with linguistic intuitionistic information

Shu-Ping Wan et al.

Summary: The paper introduces the concept of lowest consensus threshold and develops a new two-stage CRP method for MCGDM with LIFVs. Simulation experiments show that the value of lowest consensus threshold decreases with increasing number of decision makers, and the first stage in CRP can enhance the value of this threshold.

New method for emergency decision making with an integrated regret theory-EDAS method in 2-tuple spherical linguistic environment

Lin Huang et al.

Summary: With the occurrence of various emergency events becoming increasingly frequent, emergency decision making (EDM) has gained significant attention in research. This study proposes a new EDM method that integrates regret theory, evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS) method, and 2-tuple spherical linguistic term sets (TSLTSs). The method efficiently ranks and selects the optimal emergency response solution by considering decision makers' uncertain and vague evaluations. The proposed method is applied to a public health emergency in China and is shown to be superior and practical through a comparative analysis with other EDM methods.

Regret Theory-Based Three-Way Decision Model in Hesitant Fuzzy Environments and Its Application to Medical Decision

Jiajia Wang et al.

Summary: This paper introduces a regret-theory-based three-way decision model in hesitant fuzzy environments, which can handle uncertain decision-making problems in the medical field. It also provides a three-way classification method based on the preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations.

Decision framework with integrated methods for group decision-making under probabilistic hesitant fuzzy context and unknown weights

Harish Garg et al.

Summary: This article presents a new decision-making approach that calculates weights and aggregates preferences by considering factors such as attitude, regret/rejoice, and variance. The approach also uses the WASPAS method to rank objects. The proposed framework is demonstrated with a numerical example and compared to existing studies to show its superiority.

A semantic model for computing with flexible linguistic expressions and the application in MCGDM

Le Jiang et al.

Summary: The paper proposes representing FLEs with triangular fuzzy numbers and introduces two approaches based on the maximum entropy principle to compute triangular fuzzy membership functions for complete and incomplete FLEs. A multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) model based on FLEs is then proposed, with a consensus reaching process introduced to improve decision makers' consensus. The MCGDM model is applied to an autonomous driving evaluation problem in the end.
