Daniel Pasquale Cinelli et al.

Summary: We present a case of a seven year old girl with recurrent left natal cleft abscess, who was diagnosed with Sacrococcygeal Teratoma (SCT) after multiple Incision and Drainages (I&Ds). Complete surgical resection was performed with no evidence of recurrence at nine month follow-up, making it the first reported case of SCT presenting as recurrent natal cleft abscess in a child.
