[18F]FDG Uptake in Non-Infected Endovascular Grafts: A Retrospective Study

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the distribution of [F-18]FDG in patients who underwent Endurant(R) graft implantation at different time points. The results showed that all grafts exhibited mild and diffuse [F-18]FDG uptake without a focal pattern. The conclusion is that Endurant(R) graft implantation does not cause a significant inflammatory reaction, and [F-18]FDG PET/CT can reliably exclude infection, even in the early post-procedural phases.
