Nonlinearity Correction of Fourier Transform Spectrometer in Solar Observation Using Simulated Annealing

Summary: In this study, a novel method using simulated annealing was proposed to correct the nonlinear effects of Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS). The method was tested on simulated nonlinear spectra and proved to be effective and accurate. It was further applied to correct the blackbody and solar spectra, achieving high levels of correction and improving data accuracy.
