We also discovered that silencing JHDM1D-AS1 can reduce the growth and proliferation of high-grade bladder tumor cells and increase their sensitivity to gemcitabine treatment.

Exosome-derived ncRNAs contribute to the maintenance of tumor hallmarks and further enhance the complexity of malignant neoplasia.
