The relaxor properties and energy storage performance of Aurivillius compounds with different number of perovskite-like layers

Qiong Wu et al.

Summary: This study investigates the relaxor properties and energy storage performance of films containing different numbers of perovskite-like layers. The results show that as the number of layers increases, the temperature of maximum dielectric constant decreases, the phase transition peaks become more diffuse, the domain size decreases, and the boundaries between domains become blurred. This indicates an increase in relaxor properties and a weakening of polarization hysteresis behavior. Furthermore, the films exhibit a gradual increase in recoverable energy densities and efficiencies.

Spin reorientation behaviour and dielectric properties of Fe-doped h-HoMnO3

Pulkit Prakash et al.

Summary: The study investigated the magnetic structure, spin reorientation behavior and dielectric properties of polycrystalline HoMn1-xFexO3 compounds. Doping Fe increased the spin reorientation temperature, with a shift in magnetic structure and changes in dielectric properties observed. The effects of different doping concentrations on crystal phases were also identified.
