Ferroelectric hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites and their structural and functional diversity

Pressure-induced room temperature electrocaloric effect in BiFeO3-PbTiO3 solid solution based on Landau-Devonshire theory

Summary: The phase diagrams of BiFeO3-PbTiO3 solid solution were investigated and it was found that a relatively low electric field could induce a giant electrocaloric temperature change near the morphotropic phase boundary. Enhanced pyroelectric performance in Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xNa0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 lead-free ferroelectric ceramics via composition and microstructure engineering

Summary: Lead-free pyroelectric materials with high room-temperature pyroelectric coefficient and depolarization temperature are in great demand. In this study, the introduction of Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 into the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 solid solution system simultaneously achieves high room-temperature pyroelectric coefficient and depolarization temperature. Structure resolution reveals that the diffusion of Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 modifies the structure and enhances the performance of the material.

Tailoring of a visible-light-absorbing biaxial ferroelectric towards broadband self-driven photodetection

Bromine-Substitution-Induced High-Tc Two-Dimensional Bilayered Perovskite Photoferroelectric
