Summary: This study used Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM) technique to improve the diagnostic performance of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The results showed that SPM can accurately identify positive scans and has a higher correlation with CSF A beta 42 levels compared to traditional qualitative assessment methods.
