Cultural Adaptation and Psychometric Validation of the Australian Treatment Outcomes Profile for the Greek Population

Summary: This study culturally adapted the Australian Treatment Outcomes Profile (ATOP) for the Greek context and examined its psychometric properties in people undergoing opiate substitution treatment. The resulting Hellenic Treatment Outcomes Profile (HTOP) demonstrated satisfactory inter-rater reliability and concurrent validity. The HTOP is an invaluable tool for assessing the therapeutic progress of patients, contributing to targeted and individualized care as well as standardized outcome monitoring.
