Racial/Ethnic Disparities in Household Food Insecurity During the COVID-19 Pandemic: a Nationally Representative Study

Summary: While different racial/ethnic groups did not show significant disparities in household food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were still differences in challenges faced within food-insecure households. Racial/ethnic minorities expressed lower confidence in their household food security for the future, highlighting the need for policymakers to address food supply capacity and ensure food equality among all racial/ethnic groups.
