A broadband, self-powered, and polarization-sensitive PdSe2 photodetector based on asymmetric van der Waals contacts

Inkjet-Printed, Large-Area, Flexible Photodetector Array Based on Electrochemical Exfoliated MoS2 Film for Photoimaging

Summary: This study demonstrates a high-performance inkjet-printed flexible photodetector array based on stacked MoS2 nanosheets for the first time. By using electrochemical exfoliation and inkjet printing techniques, the researchers successfully obtained 2H phase MoS2 nanosheets and achieved excellent optoelectronic performance. Furthermore, a photodetector array was successfully constructed, and clear letter recognition was achieved. These results suggest that electrochemical exfoliation coupled with inkjet printing has great potential for the application of high-performance photodetector arrays.

Platinum nanoparticle sensitized plasmonic-enhanced broad spectral photodetection in large area vertical-aligned MoS2 flakes

Summary: In this study, Pt nanoparticle enhanced broadband photoresponse in VA-MoS2 is reported. The integration of Pt NPs enhanced the optical absorbance of MoS2 and formed a Schottky junction, inhibiting electron transmission and significantly reducing NEP. The plasmonic-enabled photodetector showed enhanced responsivity and detectivity with a low response time, attributed to faster carrier transport.

Aligned Plasmonic Antenna and Upconversion Nanoparticles toward Polarization-Sensitive Narrowband Photodetection and Imaging at 1550 nm

Fully Integrated Photodetector Array Based on an Electrochemically Exfoliated, Atomically Thin MoS2 Film for Photoimaging
