Development of an Interdigitated Electrode-Based Disposable Enzyme Sensor Strip for Glycated Albumin Measurement

Summary: This study successfully developed a highly sensitive disposable enzyme sensor strip for measuring glycated albumin (GA) using an interdigitated electrode (IDE) as the electrode platform. The IDE enzyme sensor demonstrated superior sensitivity and reproducibility compared to previous sensor designs. Measurement of fructosyl lysine allowed accurate differentiation between healthy and diabetic levels.
