Solution-Processed Epitaxial Growth of MAPbI3 Single-Crystal Films for Highly Stable Photodetectors

Yubing Xu et al.

Summary: Photodetectors based on epitaxial MAPbI(3) single-crystal film (SCF) show excellent stability with long-term stable response after 120 days, fast response time of 2.21 μs, high responsivity of 1.2 A W-1, and high detectivity of 3.07 x10(12) jones. The epitaxial MAPbI(3) SCFs exhibit low trap density and long carrier lifetime, making them comparable quality to MAPbI(3) PSCs and better quality than MAPbI(3) polycrystalline films.
