Summary: This study examines the job match situation of bachelor's degree holders in Spain five years after graduation. Education-job mismatch is defined as the discrepancy between individuals' formal qualifications obtained from Spanish universities and the job requirements. The research identifies fields of study that are associated with different educational mismatch status. Results show that specialized bachelor's degree programs are more likely to result in a job that matches the field of study. Specific human capital degrees like health sciences and hard science/engineering degrees have a higher likelihood of being well-matched, while social and legal sciences degrees and arts and humanities degrees are more likely to result in over-qualification. Gender does not play a role in the matching process, but subject-specific knowledge gained in higher education is important. The study also explores the process of achieving a good match for a subset of workers.

Summary: This paper examines the impact of AI on on-the-job learning and reveals workers' reactions to this groundbreaking technology. Based on theoretical analysis, six hypotheses are proposed regarding three aspects of AI's influence on on-the-job learning. Empirical results confirm that AI significantly hinders on-the-job learning, leading to pessimism about the future, burnout, and reduced motivation. Additionally, AI's replacement, mismatch, and deskilling effects decrease income and available resources for further learning. The study finds that AI's impact on on-the-job learning is more pronounced for older, female, and less-educated employees, as well as those without labor contracts and with limited job autonomy and experience. In regions with intense human-AI competition, labor-management conflicts, and inadequate labor protection, the inhibitory effect of AI on further learning is more prominent. The findings of this paper have important implications for enterprises in understanding employee behaviors and promoting the acquisition of new skills for effective human-AI collaboration.

Summary: Modern management requires high-level analytics and optimized business processes to avoid the risk of poor decision making in the face of rapid changes in the financial world and the external environment. The growth direction and effectiveness of a company's management systems depend on the quality of intellectualization. This study aims to develop a new methodology for studying the criteria and outcomes of the intellectualization process in order to achieve the highest efficiency in company management systems. Through sociological and empirical methods, intellectualization efficiency criteria were identified and used to analyze the intellectualization process in ten Russian companies. The results revealed a close relationship between the intellectualization integral indicator and company performance over time, highlighting the importance of intellectualization indicators in human resource management systems and computer-aided and automated management systems.

Summary: This study examines the spatial-temporal differentiation and interactions between Chinese residents' consumption capacity and consumption upgrading using the Moran index, the Dagum Gini coefficient method, and the SPVAR model. The entropy method is used to measure the development level of both factors. The findings reveal that from 2008 to 2020, consumption capacity and consumption upgrading have rapidly increased and are significantly unbalanced. However, there is a clear convergence trend between provincial developments, and both factors show spatial agglomeration, mainly in high-high and low-low clusters. Spatial interaction analysis shows that there are Granger causalities between the two factors, with positive feedback effects promoting each other. There is also a center-periphery spatial spillover effect, where the center generates spatial spillover and experiences reverse shocks from the periphery. However, these shock effects are limited by inter-provincial economic ties and geographical distance.

Information security frameworks provide guidelines, standards, and requirements to establish procedures, policies, and processes for organizations, helping to minimize this complexity. However, selecting the appropriate framework is critical as it needs to adapt to the organization's characteristics. This paper compares the characteristics of the latest versions of the NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and MAGERIT frameworks in terms of their approaches to risk identification, assessment, and treatment, providing a general overview for considering these frameworks in the risk management of complex manufacturing organizations.

However, the logic embedded in these systems may not be congruent with the cultural context of the user organization, requiring specific attention from implementers. By analyzing published cases from firms operating in different cultural contexts, we developed a cultural alignment theory of Enterprise Systems using Hofstede's cultural values framework. Our model provides implementers with insights to develop implementation strategies that consider the cultural context.

Summary: This study aims to explore the moderating influence of the external environment on the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial network, government business support, and SMEs performance, using the resource-based view and dynamic capability theory. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial orientation, and government business support directly influence SMEs performance in the Nigerian context, while entrepreneurial network does not have an impact.
