Hydrogen Behavior in Top Gate Amorphous In-Ga-Zn-O Device Fabrication Process During Gate Insulator Deposition and Gate Insulator Etching

Aeran Song et al.

Summary: The behavior of hydrogen in the amorphous IGZO thin-film layer affects carrier concentration, with the presence or removal of gate insulator impacting hydrogen content and carrier concentration. The plasma effect helps decrease the hydrogen quantity and carrier concentration after GI dry-etching.

In situ Irradiated XPS Investigation on S-Scheme TiO2@ZnIn2S4 Photocatalyst for Efficient Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction

Libo Wang et al.

Summary: Efficient hierarchical photocatalysts, such as the S-scheme core-shell TiO2@ZnIn2S4 heterojunction, have gained attention for photocatalytic CO2 reduction. The improved performance is attributed to the inhibited recombination of photogenerated charge carriers induced by the S-scheme heterojunction, as well as the large specific surface areas and abundant active sites. In situ irradiated X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, work function calculation, and electron paramagnetic resonance measurements confirm the S-scheme photogenerated charge transfer mechanism.

Improved Performance and Operational Stability of Solution-Processed InGaSnO (IGTO) Thin Film Transistors by the Formation of Sn-O Complexes

Hyunjin Kim et al.

Summary: Solution-processed IGTO thin film transistors show promising performance in display applications, with higher Sn composition leading to better stability and lower threshold voltage shifts. Tailoring the metal cation composition in IGTO thin films can improve the characteristics of IGTO semiconducting channel systems for low-cost switching devices.
