FightDepression in inpatient treatment Evaluation of a web-based, therapist-guided self-management program on a specialized ward for affective disorders

Julian Schwarz et al.

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of implementing the web-based self-management tool iFightDepression (iFD) for inpatient use. Results showed that most patients had moderate to high expectations of the iFD tool, with slightly above-average satisfaction levels post-intervention. However, the actual usage rate was relatively low, indicating barriers of implementation that need to be addressed and highlighting the importance of adapting the intervention for clinical settings.
