A healthy liver will always deliver: development of a NAFLD awareness comic

Summary: Comics are used as an effective tool in this project to raise awareness about non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and promote healthy lifestyles. The design and content of the comic are informed by a study conducted with type 2 diabetes patients. Comics are considered valuable in promoting behavior change and encouraging positive beliefs, attitudes, and intentions towards the disease.
