Strain MNH_G2C5 of Klebsiella pneumoniae, a common and important mastitis-causing bacteria, was isolated from the milk of a cow with clinical mastitis in a dairy farm in the Gazipur district of Bangladesh. The estimated genome size of MNH_G2C5 was 4,589,728 bp, with a genome coverage of 65.5%.
