Liping Yan et al.

Summary: Consumers tend to judge the credibility of reviews based on the content, with positive reviews containing constructive or prosocial information enhancing perceptions of honesty and caring of the authors, especially for those with low trust propensity. Furthermore, consumers have reduced perceptions of reviewers' honesty when positive reviews only contain complimentary information for hotels with low reputation.
